Our Leadership Team

Bruce H. Bian (Founder & CEO)

Bruce is a highly seasoned Technology Delivery and Project/Program Management professional with a wealth of experience in the Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Financial Services sectors. With over 20 years dedicated to the FinTech industry, he has assumed leadership positions at renowned Canadian financial institutions such as Manulife Financial, RBC Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, BMO Bank of Montreal, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, among others. His extensive expertise extends across international realms, encompassing engagements in China, Singapore, Brunei, and Canada.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Tianjin University, China, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada.
